• The 1/25" heim joints Uses a 3/4" Bolt with the supplied misalignment spacers. They take the 1" bore down to a 3/4" common bolt, Use grade 8 or better.
• No grease fittings to break or get damaged, Never needs grease. These are self-lubricating with the layer of PTFE in the joint. Traction bar kit and panhard bar kit for Jeeps, Buggies, mega trucks, big diesel trucks or anything you can imagine.
• These are extra strong at a 76,000 Pound load rating. Think about how much weight that is, it is massive. Breaking these will be hard work.
• The weld-in Tube adapters fit 1.5" ID tube (inside diameter), you can use 2" with a 1/4" (.250") wall and is made of mild steel, no special welding rod or gas is required, just normal mild steel welding. MIG or TIG welding will work great. Works for steering and suspension kit
  

They are heat-treated and hard chrome plated to give you a better finish for longer. The race is teflon impregnated nylon for superior durability. These rod ends have a 1.25” Shaft with 12tpi. The 1” bore is the strongest way to make this heim.

The included zinc-coated misalignment spacers reduce that down to a 3/4” standard bolt. The included jam nut is zinc coated for superior durability. Also included is the 1.5” ID tube adapter. They will fit snugly in any 1.5” ID tube.
